Staff Profiles
Arrowhead Ranch is very proud of the dedication and commitment of its staff. Staff turnover is minimal. Professional development of staff is important at Arrowhead Ranch. Staff attends outside conferences and workshops and participates in in-house training.
Staff development is an on-going process at Arrowhead Ranch, as staff members take part in local and state workshops and training sessions pertaining to adolescents. The focus of staff development is on human growth and development, learning theories and its application to behavior and personality as it relates to adolescents, and the enhancement of group process and individual interaction. The on-going in-service training program is also designed to familiarize staff with information and education in the following areas: sex education, sexual abuse education, group dynamics, and drug and alcohol prevention program.
