Planned Giving

Planned giving is weaving a charitable gift into the overall financial plan of the donor. Planned gifts usually provide substantial income and estate tax advantages to the donor. The most common types of planned gifts are: a bequest in your will, appreciated property gifts, charitable trusts, revocable trusts, gift of residence or farm with life estate, life insurance, and retirement plan gifts.
